Welcome to T Clicks Photography. By booking our services, purchasing photographs, or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (£) and may change without notice. Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking.

Photography Services

By participating in a photography session or photo booth experience, you consent to photographs being taken and processed for the purpose of delivering purchased images.

For children, appropriate consent must be obtained from a parent, guardian, school, or event organiser where required.

Image Delivery

Digital images will be delivered by email or secure online transfer. Delivery times may vary depending on the event and order volume.

Copyright & Image Use

All photographs remain the copyright of TClicks Photography.

Customers receive a personal, non-commercial licence to use and print purchased images. Images may not be sold, altered for commercial purposes, or used commercially without written permission.

Photographs of children will never be used on our website, social media, marketing materials, or portfolio without explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian.

School & Community Events

At school fairs, community events, and similar occasions, photographs will only be taken of individuals, families, or groups who choose to participate.

Images will only be supplied to the purchasing parent, guardian, or authorised adult and will not be shared with third parties.

T Clicks Photography will comply with any safeguarding, photography, and consent requirements set by the event organiser.

Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Names, email addresses, and photographs collected for order fulfilment will be stored securely, used only for customer communication and image delivery, and will never be sold to third parties.

Photographs and customer information will be securely deleted when they are no longer required for the purpose for which they were collected.

Liability

While every effort is made to provide a professional service, T Clicks Photography cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including equipment failure, venue restrictions, adverse weather, or technical issues. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible. Refunds will be considered in accordance with applicable UK consumer laws.
